The breakfast was marvellous, with unbeatable views of Gran Via and the staff was INCREDIBLY WELCOMING. I had functional and new-fashioned room with double bed. This hotel was located in a very central area so close to restaurants shops and coffees shops, the entertainment, shops amd restaurants and many sights.

The location was excellent, relatively near a huge plaza. It was placed close to a tube station. Nicely furnished room, that also was functional with a view. The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was great.

The Vincci Capitol features a lovely Art Deco design and spacious common areas. The hotel's location was perfect, placing many attractions within a short walking distance, great for seniors like me.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

great location. Got booking at a good price and we had amazing hotel views . Stayed at the hotel for a city weekend break as a group had two and triple room s booked both rooms were beautiful spacious and very clean
The side lifts were a bit too compact especially with luggage

The hotel has a stylish design. The staff was very accommodating, allowing an early check-in at 11:30 a.m. and providing a virtual room key via an app that also controlled in-room settings. My room, a Double or Twin Room, had a beautiful view of Madrid and a comfortable twin bed setup. The Wi-Fi was super fast, great for my work.
The breakfast was the same every day, which could use some variety.

Location
I do not find this hotel and hotel staff friendly to those who do not speak Spanish. Bed was not comfortable, there were only 4 TV channels that is spoken in English and all of them were re-run of news, room did not have good lighting and pretty small. Front desk staff were not helpful at all - felt it the minute I checked in until the time I had to leave. It was the worst experience I've had when it comes to hotel staff in all the European countries I've visited.
